The TIR Pressure Regulator is a Butterfly designed valve. It uses interval electrical pulses to actuate clock wise and counter-clock wise, but the TIR control applies these using a toggle switch vs a computer applied pulse based on an algorithm loaded into a computer chip on a circuit board.
